Updates on the measures regarding the Control of Trade in Fluorinated Gases: Personal effects and new export certificate

They have been updated in TARIC the import (MT724) and export (MT765) measures on the control of trade in fluorinated gases:

In accordance with the provisions of Article 22(1), second subparagraph, of Regulation (EU) No. 2024/573, the TARIC document code Y162 (personal effects) has been removed from all condition groups except the Registration condition group, where it is maintained in parallel with Y123.
A total of 48 import and 5 export measures have been updated.
This update means that when it comes to personal effects, in addition to declaring Y162, the rest of the certificates necessary to comply with the other groups of conditions (Prohibitions, Quota, Labeling...) must be declared, since Y162 exempts from the registration obligation but not from compliance with other obligations.

The start date for these updates is 9/17/2025. The existing measures will be closed on 16/9/2025.
