New version 2.10 of the guide is published EDIFACT of the Cargo Manifest declarations in which the main change is the update of certain values of the new table of shipping documents and their associated validations, described in Annex IV. These validations were activated on 09/09/2025.

Important Notes

The following validations are temporarily disabled pending adaptation of the reporting operator systems, but will be activated soon:

• Validation with error code 568 of document types EXS/ZNR vs, EXS declaration type
• Validation with error code 735 of line type compatible with associated document type in Annex IV table

RSS authorization existence validation for document has been activated ZSR (error code 564). The declared reference must be a code of RSS authorization in force of establishment of regular maritime services.

Validations linked to have been removed table DSCLTRSA and error codes 459 and 490.

In case of declaring for customs status ZTL the document associated with code 825, which corresponds to the electronic T2L, remember that said document has an an18 format, which corresponds to the MRN of the registered T2L, in case of authorized ACP, or registered and endorsed, for those who are not, in the system POUS.
