Code N934 not declarable in CAU import declarations. And code 9999

Code N934 - Declaration of elements relating to customs value DV1, is not declarable in the new import declaration (CAU): has ceased to exist.
The customs value information has been integrated into the new import declaration (CAU) in the following data elements:

  1. Positive and negative adjustments (additionsAndDeductions. Cas 1404): codes A* and B*: respectively.

  2. Valuation Indicators (valuationIndicators. Cas. 1407)

  3. Valuation Method (valuationMethod. Cas. 1410).  

Finally, the code can be declared in the Supporting Documents box with a value of 9999 when "Other unspecified special mentions" are present. This code is national of Spain. If the declaration is CCI, the ccQualifier, to be considered in Spain, must be ES.
