Version 5.2 of the technical guide for submitting declarations is published. EXS, Re-export and Reshipment Notifications, applicable to the new version 5 of the IE615 web service ( IE615V5 ) adapted to the statements A1, A2 and A3 defined in the Union Customs Code (UCC) and regulations that develop it.

Please note that only with version 5 of EXS will Pre-declarations be allowed (PreEXS) which will involve advancing the declaration to the notification of arrival of the goods before Customs (activation of DSDT or presentation of G4).

It is announced that pre-production testing will begin next Monday, September 22nd, and the live version (production environment) will open next Monday, November 3rd.

The web service implementation schedule IE615V5 will therefore be the following:

• IE615V5 Pre-Production Testing: 09/27/2025

• IE615V5 Production Entry: 03/11/2025

• Closing version IE615V4: 2nd quarter of 2026 (to be confirmed)
