CAU import declaration: code 7015 to declare the PCA vs. PreCau
The GWP (Global Warming Potential) is declared as follows:
a) PreCau:

C44Reference = the amount of PCA of the merchandise being imported. When such amount is not known, nothing is declared (to whites).
b) CAU :
Supporting Documents box in Items.

MeasurementUnitAndQualifier: unit of measurement of the PCA quantity.

Quantity: Amount of PCA. Likewise: When such a quantity is unknown, zero should be declared in this data element. If the amount is known, it must also be declared here.
ReferenceNumber is not taken into account.
