To do this, when using the additional declaration type B or E, it will be necessary to include an additional regime code (AdditionalProcedure) from those considered in table H1C1102 in the AdiRegPenSinSDEVal1 element. More details about these codes can be found in "Separate 37. Additional codes to the regime vs. Additional declaration type" of the technical guide of the Import system adapted to the Union Customs Code. Otherwise, the declaration will be rejected.
