New version 2.14 of the technical message guide is published G3v2 for the presentation of goods to customs (G3v2).

The main change affects the presentation of containers and consists of not requiring the declaration of the bill of lading number / transport document of the Master in which the containers to be presented appear. It will be sufficient to reference the containers with the premises and the transport identification declared in the G4, either with the scale number in the maritime environment or the flight number in the air environment to present, if applicable, all the houses or masters where the declared containers appear. In the rare, though possible, case where a container appears in several masters of the same means of transport, the presenter of the G3 may consider it presented in all of them without knowing or referring to their knowledge numbers.
