Registration of EIR Declarant
Authorisation for customs declaration through registry in the Declarant’s Records
Supplementary statements
In Spain, the registration system in the declarant's records will only use the following complementary declarations:
TYPE Z : General supplementary statement.
This declaration will complement a single NCLE if you are exempt from I2 or a single I2 if you are not exempt. That is, it is a 1 to 1 relationship.
It supports DPO authorization of the importer.
The deadline for submitting this supplement will depend on whether or not there is a DPO, in such a way that:
- It will be 10 days after registration if there is no DPO.
- If you have DPO authorization, until the 10th of the month following the entry.
Complementary Z will be mandatory for companies not exempt from I2.
TYPE V : EIR Summary Statement .
This declaration can only be used by exempt I2 holders. In addition, they must be DPO authorization holders.
It can only be submitted from the 1st to the 10th of the month following registration. These statements will complement several NCLES from the previous month (it is allowed to present multiple Vs referring to the same period)
The type of complementary declaration that must be presented will appear in the EIR authorization, in addition to the specific conditions, in box XIV/4 with the following coding:
- 10 if it is type Z.
- 40 if it is type V.
