Initiation of the procedure at the request of a party

In procedures initiated at the request of interested parties, the operator must submit his application to the customs authorities electronically and with the content provided for in the regulations, using the procedures included in each procedure on this website.

The customs authorities must:

  1. Evaluate whether the application meets the conditions set out in the regulations for its acceptance
  2. Check whether the conditions required for granting the authorization are met
  3. In the event that the decisions are not favorable to the interested party, the customs authorities must grant him the right to be heard, as provided for in the procedure.
  4. Adopt the resolution in the manner and within the time frame provided for in the regulations.
