Initiation of the procedure at the request of a party

In the procedures initiated at the request of the interested parties, the operator must submit their request to the customs authorities electronically and with the content set out in the regulations, using the procedures included in each procedure on this website.

The customs authorities must:

  1. Assess whether the application meets the conditions set out in the regulations for acceptance
  2. Check whether the conditions required for granting the authorisation are met
  3. In the event that the decisions are not favourable to the interested party, the customs authorities must grant him the right to be heard, as provided for in the procedure
  4. Adopt the resolution in the manner and term provided for in the regulations.
