Remote support on Windows
To install the remote support tool on Windows, first download the file. Depending on the browser used, the download dialog will vary.
In Internet Explorer , a dialog box to run or save the executable will appear at the bottom. If you choose to save it, once the download is complete, click the "Run" option.


In Mozilla Firefox , a window will appear asking if you want to save the file. Then, next to the address bar, click on the arrow icon to view the latest downloads. Click on the executable link.



In Google Chrome , the download of the executable will be displayed in a bottom bar. Once it's finished, tap on it.

Your device settings may then prompt you to give the app permission to make changes to your device.
In all cases, you will be asked to accept the disclaimer regarding the use of the application.

After accepting, you are offered the ID and password that you must provide to the agent who assists you in order to view your screen.

Depending on the version of the application, another window may ask for your permission to allow the agent to view your screen.

In a window at the bottom of the screen you can check that the viewing session is active. To end the session, you just have to click on the cross.
