Preliminary considerations for using the Zoom remote support tool on iOS

You can install Zoom from the Apple Store.

You can also access it from the Tax Agency's electronic office Computer queries, Remote support tools - Technical help and click the link Download for Windows, Mac, and Linux. The Zoom website will open and offer options to join the meeting, if the Zoom application is already installed, or to download it, either from the Apple Store or from the Zoom website itself.

If already installed, open Zoom and click "Join a meeting" .

Enter the ID provided by the agent, your name (if you are not already identified) and press Join.

Next, enter the access code that the agent will also provide you.

You don't need to grant permissions for the microphone or camera.

You will access the agent's meeting room. Press Join and wait for the host to accept the connection to start the meeting.

Screen sharing

Press Further, Start Sharing and then, Screen.

Next, press Start transmission. You can at any time Stop sharingfrom the Zoom window.

End meeting

To end the meeting with the agent, press the button. Abandonlocated at the top of the screen.
