Possible issues relating to online auctions

Return code: f1NRC not available for return, already blocked

This error occurs when requesting the return of a deposit that has been used in a direct award or auction that has already ended.

The error message appears because the NRC is still associated with an offer so the offer will have to be withdrawn first. In the Auctions portal, go to the "My gallery" section and filter by the criteria "Goods for which I have submitted an offer" and "Lots for which I am accredited". Locate the asset to which that NRC is associated and withdraw the offer (in direct awards) or withdraw as a bidder (in the case of auctions). Once the offer is withdrawn, you can request a refund of the deposit.

You can also check the status of the deposit by accessing an asset and checking if the corresponding NRC appears in the "Deposit code NRC " drop-down.
