Error NRC not available for refund when requesting the deposit refund

This error occurs when requesting the return of a deposit that has been used in a direct award that has already ended.

The error message appears because the NRC is still associated with an offer so the offer will have to be withdrawn first. In the Auctions portal, go to the "My gallery" section and filter by the "Properties for which I have submitted an offer" criterion. Locate the property to which that NRC is associated and withdraw the offer. Once the offer is withdrawn, you can request a refund of the deposit.

You can also check the status of the deposit by accessing an asset and checking if the corresponding NRC appears in the "Deposit code NRC " drop-down menu.
