Debt consultation

To check your outstanding debts you must have an electronic certificate, DNI electronic DNI or Cl@ve PIN.You can access in your own name or with "GENERALDATPE" proxy or the specific proxy for debt consultation "RA19006".

When you log in you will be shown the NIF which corresponds to the holder of the ID used.However, you can change it to that of the principal, if you have the appropriate authorisation.

When making the query, the application provides the list of outstanding debts and payment options:the total of all debts found, pay only some of them or make partial payment of some of them.

If you access as a proxy and need to pay the amount of the debts you will need the "GENERALLEY58" proxy or the specific ones for the payment of debts "RA19007", "RA19008", "RA19009" and "RA19010".

The information available in the debt query will be the settlement key, the tax object, the outstanding amount, the period and the current status of the debt.

By clicking on the settlement key of a debt you can access the details of the debt.From the table with the details of the outstanding debt, the payment can be made by clicking on the "Pay" button available at the top and bottom of the window.

A summary of the payment will be displayed.It is advisable to check the information that accompanies this page. Please note that you will not be able to modify the amount already filled in;then click on "Pay".

From the first screen of "Consult debts" you will have three options:"Pay all my debts", "Pay some debts" and "Partial payment".The first two do not allow you to modify the pre-filled amounts, while the partial payment allows you to freely indicate the amount you wish to pay.

By clicking on the "Pay all my debts" button, you can pay all your outstanding debts in one go.If you cannot access this option it will be because you must be directed for payment necessarily through the option "Pay some debts", as you have some debt/s that involve specific circumstances that will be expressly informed to you before proceeding to their payment.

To continue, choose the method of payment (by direct debit, by credit/debit card or by bank transfer) and, once you have checked all the proposed details, you can "Accept details and continue".

At other times you may be able to pay off one or more debts.Click on "Pay some debts" and select one, several or all debts.Tick the "Settlement key" boxes of the debts you want to pay.The "Select all" and "Remove selection" buttons allow you to check and uncheck automatically.Please note that this option does not allow you to modify pre-filled amounts.Once you have marked the debts, click on the "Pay" button, verify the data, click again on "Pay" and select the payment method:by direct debit, by credit/debit card and by bank transfer.

Accept the data, in the next window check "OK" and click "Sign and send".After payment a NRC (Complete Reference Number) of the transaction is displayed.

From the "Partial payment" option you can select the specific amount you wish to pay.It is important to know that, in case of partial payment of a debt, the debt will continue to appear until it is fully paid.

Access the debt by clicking on the settlement key, check the debt details and click on "Pay".

In the next window you will be able to modify the field "Amount to be entered" by deleting the amount in the whole number and decimal boxes to indicate the amount that suits you best.Then click on "Pay".

Then select the form of payment.
