Completing the 360 model form requires completing the initial screen, where the basic data of the request is captured. After completing the basic data of the application and pressing the "Send" button, you will access the first page of the form with the data entered in the basic data capture.
Once inside the form, you can save the information at any time by clicking " Save". If you have not completed the complete application, before allowing it to be saved you will receive a notice informing you of the data that remains to be completed, although this does not prevent saving.
By default, it will be saved in the downloads folder assigned to the browser, however, you can select a different location. The name of the file will be NIF of the declarant.360.txt
If you have completed the form correctly, it also allows you to save it, without validation notices.
To recover a previously created file, access the 360 model submission form and complete the initial form with the same data of the declaration that you want to recover. Press "Send."
With the 360 model loaded, click "Browse" and look for the NIF file. 360.txt previously saved. You can also import a file generated with an external program that follows the correct logical design published on the web.
If you have not saved the data after following the complete process of attaching invoices until the registration number RGE appears, when you want to recover the file, those invoices will not be included in the declaration. In any case, you can always fill in the form fields as well as attach the invoices manually.
If there is a problem importing the file, an information message will appear to return to the help program and import the file again. Make sure you select the .360.txt file.
Regarding filling out the form, we remind you that in the web form up to 202 operations are allowed (101 pages, two operations per page) while in a presentation per file up to 3000 operations are allowed (1500 pages 2 for two operations per page).
