After identifying yourself, select the language of the declaration and accept the identification data.
You will then be able to access the form for Form 714 for Wealth 2021 with the tax data included in the return.However, in some cases additional information may be requested for the incorporation of data into the declaration.On these occasions, a window will appear in which you must tick "Yes" or "No" to transfer this data.Then click "OK".
You can check the data that has been transferred to the return, the data that has not been incorporated and the incorporation notes by clicking on the "View transferred data" button and selecting the corresponding option.
At the top of the form you will find the button panel with the different functions.To continue filling in the return, you can use the date keys to move through the different pages or the "Sections" button, where you can see a menu with a breakdown of the return into different sections.
To check that the declaration is correctly completed, click on the "Validate" button.The notices do not prevent the filing of the return and are only for verification of completion.However, if the message is an error, you must correct it in order for the return to be considered valid at the time of filing.To review warnings or errors there are the "Go to Warning" or "Go to Error" buttons.
There is a waiting period with this form;we recommend that before leaving the session or if you are not going to work on it for some time, you click on the "Save" button to keep the data you have entered.When you click on "Save", if you have already been working with your file, a warning will be displayed indicating that the previous declaration will be overwritten and the data from the previous declaration will be kept on the server.
If you have any doubts about filling in the form, click on the "Help" button.A new tab will open with the help manual for 2021 Wealth Tax, with the information on how to fill in each section.If you click on "Help" on a particular page, it will take you to the manual and information on how to fill in the page you are on.
In addition, if before filing the return you want to obtain a draft to check the data indicated, you have the "Preview" tool that generates a PDF with the return, with the watermark "Draft not valid for filing" on all the pages, but it will serve as a reference.
You will be able to see the PDF on screen, if you want to save it click on the link "You can click here to download the pdf".To view the saved declaration correctly you will need a viewer from PDF.
At the top of the generated draft you will have two buttons, "Back to declaration" to continue working on it and "New declaration" to register a different declaration.
Once you have checked that there are no errors, click "Formalizar Ingreso/Devolución" to file the return at that time.In the next window tick "Agree" and click again on "Sign and Submit" to finish the submission process.
