Model 039

Submission of form 039 requires an electronic certificate or eDNI .

Once you have identified yourself, the submission form allows you to import a file previously generated with this same form or with an external program following the registration design published in AEAT .

If you do not wish to import a file, you can fill in the form manually. Indicate the reason for the filing and press the "OK" button. A dialogue box will ask for confirmation of this information as it cannot be changed later. 

Please fill in the form below, making sure to complete the fields marked with an asterisk, which are mandatory. If the marked activity has several pages, check that you indicate the data in all of them.

Once you have filled in the form you can "Save" the data to be able to use the file later and click on "Send" to submit it.

The compliance screen will appear, tick the "Agree" box and "Sign and Send".

If everything is correct you will get the report of the successful filing in a downloadable format to save or print.
