Technical requirements for submitting Customs declarations - Instrastat
Skip information indexTechnical requirements for the presentation of Intrastat on Linux
To submit an Intrastat declaration from Linux it is necessary:
- Use any distribution that supports the latest version of Firefox. The browser compatible with Linux and our website is Mozilla Firefox.
- The procedure requires identification by means of an electronic certificate, DNIe or being in the registry of the Cl@ve system.
- It is advisable to have an updated PDF document viewer installed to be able to correctly view the PDF that arise from Intrastat responses or queries.
Note: For sending EDIFACT files through the option "Sending file EDIFACT " or through an application other than AEAT , you will also need to have 32-bit Java installed and allow Java plugins to run. In this case, you need to install a version older than Mozilla Firefox 52 to be compatible with this add-on or access it from another environment. The rest of the procedures are not subject to this requirement.
For more information about downloading and installing Java on Linux, see the "Checking Java on Linux" technical help.
