Query submitted forms
Using the "Check submitted forms" option, you can retrieve the receipt and a copy of the application that has been submitted.
In this case you will have to identify yourself with a reference number, Cl@ve , electronic certificate or DNIe . After choosing the identification system, you can indicate whether you are acting on your own behalf or on behalf of a third party.
You can filter the search results by the date and time of submission and select the option to show only applications that are in a status of withdrawal. Click the "Search" button and a table will be displayed with the DT2 return requests located.
Click on the "View" option in the "Obtaining proof" column and the PDF with the completed submission will be loaded.
If after checking the data appearing in the application, you find that some of it is incorrect, to correct it you will have to submit a written request through the registry indicating the receipt or reference number of the application and the data you wish to modify (telephone number and/or IBAN of the bank account of which the applicant is the holder).
