Consultation of submitted forms
Using the "Consultation of submitted forms" option you can retrieve the receipt and a copy of the application that has been submitted.
In this case you will have to identify yourself with a reference number, Cl@ve , electronic certificate or DNIe . After choosing the identification system, you will be able to indicate whether you are acting on your own behalf or on behalf of a third party.
You can filter the search results by the date and time of submission and check the option to only show requests that are in unsubscribed status. Press the "Search" button and a table will be displayed with the DT2 return requests located.
Click on the "View" option in the "Obtaining proof" column and the PDF will be loaded with the presentation made.
If after checking the information that appears in the application, you notice that some of it is wrong, to correct it, you will have to submit a written document indicating the supporting or reference number of the application and the information that you want to modify (telephone number and /or IBAN of the bank account held by the applicant.
