The "Modify filed declaration" button does not appear.
If you have filed the joint return but you need to make changes and when you access "Modify return", in the section "Available Services", you do not see the button "Modify return filed" this is because you have entered from a different session to the one you used to file the return, in this case you will only see "New return".
When a joint return is filed, only the "Modify filed return" button will appear in Renta Web:
When the first declarant accesses in his own name.
When the Social Collaborator accesses on behalf of the latter (identifying himself/herself with the social collaborator's certificate and entering the reference of the first declarant).
If the spouse only has the option of "New return" when accessing Renta Web, whether they access with their own certificate, DNIe, Cl@ve PIN or reference number, or if the Social Collaborator accesses on their behalf.
This does not prevent you from filing a new return with the necessary modifications. To do so, you must access the return and select the type of return you wish to file "Complementary return" or "Request for rectification of self-assessment".
Examples:
If the submission was made from the "First declarant" session and you access from the "Spouse" session, only "New declaration" will appear.
If you access from the "First declarant" session, you will have the "Modify filed declaration" button:
