14.2 Chat
This is a channel to provide assistance in the completion and/or presentation of declarations of certain models, as well as assistance in matters of Customs and Excise Taxes, or technical computer problems.
Access to this support channel is done through the “Do you need help?” icon. , which emerges in some procedures for the completion and/or presentation of certain declarations or models in the electronic office, such as the completion and/or presentation of forms 030, 036/037, 131, 303, etc., or through the Digital Assistance options ( ADI ) in Customs matters ( Link to Customs ).
By clicking on said Icon, a screen is presented with the possible help channels for the corresponding management/procedure, one of which is the Chat, which allows the taxpayer to access a Chat with human agents specialized in the corresponding subject.
To do this, once said channel has been selected, it is necessary to fill in the taxpayer's name and an email address.
Opening hours are from 9:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. Monday to Friday (until 3:00 p.m. in August).
