V.1.6.1. Departure: ordinary procedure

In accordance with the ordinary procedure, the holder of the regime will complete a transit declaration on paper and present it, along with the goods, at the customs office of departure.

The transit operation will be finalized and finalized based on the paper declaration.

CUSTOMS

When a decision is made to use the business continuity procedure, it is important to ensure that any declarations that have been registered with the NCTS but have not been processed further due to a system failure are invalidated. The operator will be required to provide information to the competent authorities each time a declaration is submitted to the system, which is subsequently processed through the business continuity procedure.

In such cases, transit data with an NLR or NRM assigned to the transit operation will be withdrawn from the NCTS.
