VII.4. Business Continuity Procedure

This section shall apply only when the transit operation has been initiated using the business continuity procedure.

It is subdivided into the following sections:

Section VII.4.1 constitutes the introduction.

Section VII.4.2 deals with the competent authority and the deadline for initiating the investigation request.

Section VII.4.3 refers to the issuance of the investigation notice.

Section VII.4.4 deals with the destination country's response to the investigation notice.

Section VII.4.5 addresses the consequences of the results of the investigation procedure.
