New functionality of the Tax Agency's APP for payment, deferral and enquiries
The Tax Agency has added a new service to its app to make it easier to request deferrals, consult and pay debts (download it here):Tax Agency:Tax Agency App)
A new feature in the mobile application will allow you to carry out the most common procedures in the field of tax collection, saving time and travel, with no time restrictions and in a simple and quick way (see here the leaflet, the user guide and the videos (long version/short version) on the use of the three features).
Taxpayers can request total or partial deferrals, consult the status of their debts and obtain a certificate of being up to date if they have debts and make the corresponding payments, all almost instantaneously.
Since 4 July 2022, a new service has been available on the Tax Agency's mobile application for requesting deferrals, consulting and paying debts quickly, easily and without time constraints, so that taxpayers can save time and travel when carrying out the most common collection procedures.
With this improvement, which will also benefit those who choose to carry out the procedures through the Agency's website (sede.agenciatributaria.gob.es), users will be able to request total or partial deferrals, consult the status of their debts and obtain a certificate of being up to date if they have debts and make the corresponding payments, all almost instantaneously, with the consequent reduction in indirect costs.
In the case of deferrals, the Tax Agency's response to the taxpayer's request may also be immediate. In most cases, the file can be resolved in a matter of seconds and, if the applicant has subscribed to the Agency's notification system, an immediate notification will be sent with the resolution of the application via push notification in the app itself, by email to the address provided, or by sms to the mobile phone number provided by the taxpayer.
Navigation within the new app functionality has been designed to be convenient and intuitive, while offering content in a concrete and simple way.To access the service in the 'app' you need to have 'Cl@ve', as an identification system for personalised services, a system that is currently used by more than 50% of the individuals who deal with the Tax Agency (more information on Registering in Cl@ve):Tax Agency:Cl@ve )
The launch of the new service is accompanied by help documentation (user guides and additional information on each of the options that appear while browsing the app, as well as various explanatory videos) that are easy to read for all taxpayers. For more information, please contact the Rec@t of the Tax Agency on 91 553 68 01:Collection Call Centre (REC@T)
Once the user chooses the option that encompasses the entire service ('Pay, defer and consult debts'), the first level of navigation shows three main differentiated accesses that correspond to the three groups of procedures listed in the general access to the service.
In each of these sections, navigation subsections are available so that users can choose the one that best suits their needs for payment ('Pay all my debts', 'Selection of a debt', 'Partial payment of a debt' and 'Payment of seizure proceedings' when you are not the debtor), deferment ('Request deferment or payment in instalments') and consultation ('Consult debts' and 'My Payments'). Also in the corresponding sections, the user will have direct access to interest and deferral calculators.
After choosing the specific procedure to be carried out, the user can complete it by following simple steps through chained screens and will receive, just as instantly, the Agency's receipt corresponding to the procedure carried out.
Along the same lines of simplifying the process as much as possible, in the deferral and payment procedures, the last account used by the taxpayer in any procedure with the Agency is offered by default.Similarly, the card payment alternative is available for more collaborating entities in a list that taxpayers can consult on the app itself.
