A new feature in the mobile app will allow you to carry out the most common procedures in the tax collection area, saving time and travel, without limitation of timetables and quickly and easily (see the leaflet, user guide and videos here (version long / short version ) on the use of the three functionalities).
The taxpayer can request total or partial deferrals, check the status of their debts and obtain a certificate of being up to date if they have debts and make the corresponding income, all of which is almost instantaneous
A new service for the application of deferrals has been available in the Tax Agency's mobile application since 4 July 2022. consulting and paying debts quickly, easily and without time limits, so taxpayers can save time and travel when carrying out the most common procedures in the tax collection area.
With this improvement, which will also benefit those who choose to carry out the procedures through the Agency's website (headquarters. agenciatributaria.gob .es), the user may request total or partial deferrals, view the status of their debts and obtain a certificate of being up to date if you had debts and make the corresponding income, all of this almost instantly, with the consequent reduction of indirect costs.
In the case of deferrals, the Tax Agency's response to the taxpayer's request may be immediate. In most cases, you can resolve the file in a matter of seconds and, if the applicant has subscribed to the Agency notifications will be sent an instant notification with the request being resolved via push notification in the app itself, by email to the address provided, or by SMS to the mobile phone number provided by the taxpayer.
Browsing within the new app functionality has been designed to be comfortable and intuitive, while offering specific and simple content. to access the service in the "app," you need to have "Cl@ve" as a system identification for customised services, a system that is currently used by more than 50% of the individuals who are related to the Tax Agency (more information to register for Cl@ve: Tax Agency: CL@ve)
The start of the new service is accompanied by help documentation (user guides and additional information in each of the options that appear during browsing in the "app," as well as various explanatory videos) that are easy to read for all taxpayers profiles. For more information, please consult the Tax Agency's REC@t 91 553 68: 01 Tax Collection Helpline, REC@T.
Once the user chooses the option that includes the entire service ("Pay, defer and view debts"), at the first level of browsing there are three major differentiated accesses that correspond to the three groups of procedures set out in the general access to the service.
In each of these sections, navigation subsections are available so that users can choose the one that best suits their needs for payment ("Pay all my debts," Selection of some debt, "Partial payment of a debt" and " payment of seizure proceedings "when the debtor is not the debtor), deferral (" Request deferral or payment of debts ") and the consultation (" View debts "and" My Payments "). In the corresponding sections, the user will also have direct access to the interest and deferral calculators.
After choosing the specific procedure you want to carry out, the user can complete it by following simple steps through the linked screens and will receive the Agency's supporting document for the procedure carried out as an instant.
In the same line of simplifying the process as much as possible, in the deferred payment and payment procedures, by default, the last account used by the taxpayer in a procedure with the Agency is offered. Similarly, the alternative of card payment is accessible for more collaborating entities in a list that the taxpayer can view in the "app" itself.
