Data to be completed in the application
The application must contain the data collected in the application form available on the electronic headquarters of the Tax Agency:
- Tax ID: 9 characters
- Code corresponding with the means employed to use diesel as a fuel: 1. Tractors; 2. Agricultural machinery other than tractors; 3. Stationary motors; 4. Other means used
- The license plates of the vehicles in which the subsidized diesel has been used
- Designation and manufacturing number of the machinery or device with which the consumption of subsidized diesel has been carried out
- The volume of litres consumed and the value of such. In the case of diesel purchases paid for using cheques or discounted diesel cards, you must determine the number of litres purchased corresponding to the amount paid and include this information in the application.
- The date and invoice number of each supply operation or of the set of subsidized diesel supplies covered by the same invoice
- Identification of the financial institution and the bank account code to which the refunds will be made
