Request for refund

You can obtain a refund of the Hydrocarbon Tax on agricultural diesel by submitting an application to the Tax Agency in accordance with Order EHA/993/2010, of April 21, which establishes the procedure for the partial refund of the Hydrocarbon Tax quotas borne by farmers and ranchers.

The application shall be submitted to the Tax Agency's e-Office, in the approved electronic format, from 1 April of the year following the year in which the diesel purchases were made.

To submit the application you must have an electronic signature certificate, or submit it through a social collaborator.
