Submitting the application through a social partner

Applications for the refund of agricultural diesel fuel can be submitted by any of the entities that collaborate with the Tax Agency (social partners).

If you belong to an Organization in the sector that has signed a collaboration agreement with the State Tax Administration Agency, you can authorize said Organization to submit the refund request on your behalf, through the electronic headquarters of the Tax Agency.
