4.3.3. Online filing of tax returns

In the case of the informative declarations , in 2019 there has been an improvement in the quality of the information received and greater controls and validations have been carried out on data entry. A new submission channel called TGVI online has also been created, which allows for the reception and validation of large files at the time of sending. A new life cycle for managing tax returns has been launched and improvements have been made in taxpayer identification processes.

As regards Companies , the Companies help desk program has been replaced by a web form, with the advantages that declaration management brings and the quality improvement that this change implies. An OPEN version of the simulation and training support program has also been developed.

Regarding Renta WEB , during the 2018 Income Tax campaign, a new application called Securities Portfolio was developed that offers all the data on operations carried out in the previous year and allows the subsequent transfer of said information to Renta WEB. The functionalities of the Tax Agency App have also been expanded in relation to the filing of Income Tax returns and a new payment option called “Document to be deposited in a bank/cash office” has been implemented.
