Customs: sending digitized documents

In 2019, the web service for sending digitized documents for customs declarations was launched. This service allows the operator to attach digitized documents automatically, without having to enter the Tax Agency headquarters where such action is carried out manually. In principle, it is made for the import declaration and may be extended, in the future, to other customs declarations.

Tax Agency App

During 2019, the Tax Agency launched new utilities of its Tax Agency app with the aim of not only being an application to inform the taxpayer according to their profile, but also allowing them to carry out a wide variety of procedures. The presence in markets of mobile applications and the new functionalities have allowed a substantial increase in app downloads. The result is that, as of December 31, 2019, 1,719,373 taxpayers had downloaded the new app, compared to 1,507,136 taxpayers in 2018, which represents an increase of 14.08%.
