The Tax Agency has a registry of powers that allows the registration of powers granted by natural and legal persons to carry out tax procedures online, without the need to travel to the offices.

Individuals, legal entities, existing inheritances, communities of property and other entities that, lacking legal personality, constitute an economic unit or an estate may grant power of attorney to carry out, in their name, certain tax procedures within their personal sphere. separately susceptible to taxation. Power of attorney modalities

The procedure to register the power of attorney can be carried out by the principal (who gives the power):

  • Online, through electronic certificate, electronic DNI or Cl@ve PIN.

  • By personal appearance at the Tax Agency offices.

  • Through a public document or private document, with a notarized signature, presented to the Tax Agency.
