Content extension in the VAT Virtual Assistant

The 'Virtual Assistant', an assistance tool included in the VAT portal, has extended its content to respond to questions on modifications to the gross tax base due to discounts, refunds, cancellation of operations, non-payments and errors, as well as rectifications in deductions. To answer questions on the term to make these rectifications, the Assistant provides a link to a calculator that will also show Form 303, from where this adjustment can be made.

Conversations held with the Assistant can be printed or saved (pdf) if the user indicates that the conversation has been useful.

The information provided by the Assistant will undergo continuous improvement and updating, taking users' opinions into account.
