Foreign trade VAT Virtual Assistant

In order to respond immediately to questions about taxation on the VAT of foreign trade operations, a "Virtual Assistant" is included within the VAT portal as a help service. If this automatic tool cannot solve your query, you can send it by filling out a form submitted by email.

Conversations held with the Assistant can be printed or saved (pdf) if the user indicates that the conversation has been useful.

The information provided by the Assistant will undergo continuous improvement and updating, taking users' opinions into account.
