Commission Decision (EU) 2021/660 of 19 April 2021 amending Decision (EU) 2020/491 on relief from import duties and VAT exemption on importation granted for goods needed to combat the effects of the COVID-19 outbreak during 2020

On 3 April 2020, Commission Decision (EU) 2020/491 applying an import duty relief and VAT exemption on the import of goods to be used to combat COVID-19, for release for free circulation by public bodies or by organisations authorised by the competent authorities of the Member States, was published in the Official Journal of the European Union.　

On 23 April 2021, Commission Decision (EU) 2021/660 extending Commission Decision (EU) 2020/491 on relief from import duties and VAT exemption on importation granted for goods needed to combat the effects of the COVID-19 outbreak during 2020 until 31 December 2021 was published in the Official Journal of the European Union (EU).
