10-16-2020 SII: Frequently asked questions for applying from January 1, 2021 (version 1.1)

FAQs 6.2 to 6.13 are incorporated into block 6 of the Register of certain intra-community operations to explain how to register, as of January 1, 2021, agreements for the sale of goods on consignment.　

Furthermore, in order to clarify existing doubts regarding the current version, the examples on the registration of corrective invoices included in FAQs 2.8, 2.22, 4.16, 4.24 have been expanded and a new question has been included on the use of key 10 "Collections on behalf of third parties of professional fees or rights derived from industrial property, copyright or others on behalf of their partners, associates or members made by companies, associations, professional colleges or other entities that perform these collection functions" (FAQ 3.27).
