16-12-2020 SII: Update of the presentation on validations and frequently asked questions to apply from January 1, 2021 (version 1.1)

The presentation on the new SII validations applicable from January 1 has been updated, including several adjustments highlighted in red. Three new frequently asked questions have also been added: FAQ 2.55, 4.26 and 4.27
