Three Ministerial Orders approving or modifying various models of information declarations were published in the Official State Gazette of 30 November.

A total of 48 countries and territories are promoting the new standard for the exchange of information on cryptoassets by 2027

A total of 48 countries and jurisdictions around the world, including Spain, have committed to working towards the implementation of the new international standard for the automatic exchange of information between competent tax authorities on cryptoassets by 2027.
