Order HAC/532/2025, of May 26, was published in the Official State Gazette (BOE) of May 29, approving Form 780 "Tax on the interest margin and commissions of certain financial institutions. Self-assessment" and form 781 "Tax on interest margin and commissions of certain financial institutions. "Partial Payment" and establishes the conditions and procedure for its submission.

The Tax Agency will begin providing in-office tax return preparation and filing services from June 2 to 30, 2025, with appointment requests available from May 29 to June 27, 2025. This complements its telephone assistance program and the special assistance plan for small municipalities, which allows for personalized assistance to taxpayers until the end of the campaign, with its availability gradually becoming available.

From May 6 to June 30, 2025, the Tax Agency will begin providing the telephone tax return preparation and filing service and the assistance plan for small municipalities. Both services require appointments from April 29 to June 27, 2025, allowing taxpayers to receive personalized assistance until the end of the campaign.
