The Order HAC/1197/2025, of October 21, which approves model 185, "Monthly informative declaration of contributions of members and mutualists", and establishes the conditions and procedure for its presentation, has been published in the Official State Gazette (BOE) of October 29.

The Tax Agency's free invoicing app is now available. This form will allow self-employed individuals, professionals, and companies with a small volume of invoices to generate them electronically and send the billing records directly to the Tax Agency, complying with the VERI*FACTU regulations, approved by Royal Decree 1007/2023, of December 5, which governs the requirements for computerized billing systems.

On October 14, 2025, at 8:00 a.m., the PreCau import declaration will be finalized.

The Resolution of the Presidency of the State Tax Administration Agency of September 24, 2025, was published in the Official State Gazette of October 6.
