The Royal Decree-Law 29/2026, of October 6, adopting urgent measures for the protection of the social function of housing and the expansion of the supply of affordable housing, was published in the Official State Gazette (BOE) on October 7.

On October 5, Order HAC/1028/2026, of October 2, was published in the Official State Gazette (BOE), regulating the public solution for electronic invoicing, in accordance with the provisions of the Third Final Provision of Royal Decree 238/2026, of March 25, which develops the mandatory electronic invoicing system between businesses and professionals and modifies the Regulation governing invoicing obligations, approved by Royal Decree 1619/2012, of November 30.

The Tax Agency has held the awards ceremony for the winning students of the 2025-2026 national competition for schools, a contest that the Tax Agency has been holding annually within the framework of its Civic-Tax Education Program. The awards have been granted in the different existing categories: 'Writing', 'Drawing' and 'Advertising Piece'.
