As of 05/08/2024, simplified declarations of type B and E - Simplified declaration without SDE authorization can be filed.

These declarations may be supplemented due to lack of data by means of the complete declaration once active ("B"): additional declaration type X.

When admitting pending documents (additional to the regime - additional procedure), the completion of missing documents can be done through the specific document completion message on the additional declaration type X.

3. Rules and conditions adjusted to EUCDM and Spanish Customs V3.5

Note: the V3.5 guide.  It will be available in September at Web Services (agenciatributaria.gob.es) . Meanwhile, at the HEADQUARTERS of the AEAT , it can be seen together with the Supplementary Information and rules and conditions.
