How to make a backup copy of your electronic certificate

If the operating system is Macintosh and the Google Chrome browser, the electronic certificate must be installed on the Mac Keychain Access. To back up the certificate, follow these instructions.

Go to "Finder," Applications, "Tools," Keychain Access. "

In the "My certificates" section of "Login," the certificate will appear. To make the copy, select the certificate and click on "File," Export items "or" Export items, "according to the version.

Enter a name and a location. In "File format" the option "Exchange of personal information (. p12)" must be displayed. Click on "Save."

A requested window may appear that establishes a password to protect the copy. Enter and confirm a password and click "OK."

If you cannot export the certificate or it does not work correctly, you will have to obtain an electronic certificate again.
