How to make a backup copy of your electronic certificate

To copy a certificate in Mozilla Firefox, go to the menu "Tools," or the icon with three horizontal stripes, "Settings," Privacy and security, "Security," Certificates. " Click on the "See certificates" button.
In the tab "Your certificates," which is where the valid certificates are stored to make a signature, select the certificate and click on "Make a copy...."
Select where you want to save the copy and set a name for the file. Click on the "Save" button.
Next, you will be asked to enter (and confirm) the backup password to use this copy.
If there is a master password set, you will have to enter it to continue with the certificate copy. If no message appears on the master password, go ahead.
Check that the copy has been made correctly by accessing the folder or location selected to save it. The icon is an envelope with a diploma peering, a key on top and the extension. p12.
If you need to re-install (import) the certificate at any time and you do not have a valid copy, you must request a new certificate.
