In the "Your certificates" tab, which is where the valid certificates for a signature are stored, select the certificate and click on the "Make copy..." button.

You will then be asked to enter (and confirm) the backup password to make use of this copy.
If there is a master password set, you will have to enter it in order to continue with the copy of the certificate. If no message appears about the master password, go ahead.
Check that the copy has been made correctly by accessing the folder or location selected for saving. The icon is an envelope with a diploma sticking out of it, a key on top and the extension .p12.
If at any time you need to reinstall (import) the certificate and you do not have a valid copy, you will have to request a new certificate.
