Skip information indexWEB 2021 companies in their own name
The service WEB Companies allows the preparation and electronic presentation of form 200. If it is on your own behalf, when accessing it is necessary to choose the owner's electronic certificate.
Once the electronic certificate has been selected, the "Identifying Data" window that appears in WEB Companies allows to register a new declaration ("Accept") or to import a file from the model 200 ("Import"). You will have to indicate the NIF and the company name or name and surname of the declarant.
In addition to these options, these others may also appear in the start window if it is detected that you have already worked on WEB Companies with that NIF :
-
"Continue" , if a previous WEB Companies session is detected for that declarant and thus continue working with this declaration. It is not necessary to select any file since the last declaration is saved in the cloud.
-
"Modify declaration" , if it is detected that there is already a declaration submitted for that NIF ; Directs you to the return character page and retrieves the filed return for the purpose of filing a supplemental return.
-
"New declaration" , if you want to start a declaration from scratch for that NIF .
When registering a new declaration, the first page accessed is "Characters of the declaration" which conditions the rest of the completion of form 200 and which, once accepted, they cannot be modified. Please note that, depending on the type of NIF indicated, different boxes in this window may already appear checked or blocked.
However, you will have the "Modify characters" button so that, once the initial characters of the declaration have been defined, some of these can be changed without having to start a new declaration.
Check the boxes relating to the type of entity and applicable regimes that apply. Then, scroll down to the bottom of the page and indicate the start and end dates of the tax period of the Filing Entity. Finally, press the "Apply" button.
Next, for certain entities, information on the account status will be requested.
Before accessing the declaration, a new window allows you to import a file XML to incorporate accounting data. Press the "Choose file ( XML )" button to choose the file or "Continue without importing accounting data" to continue completing the return.
If the file XML does not contain errors and the data it contains is compatible with what has been established in the character record and account statement in the declaration registration, the button " will be displayed Continue with the import of accounting data". It must be taken into account that this import is optional and automatic for the information related to the balance sheet, the profit and loss account and the statement of changes in equity. It may be carried out for entities subject to the accounting standards of the Bank of Spain, insurance entities, collective investment institutions, mutual guarantee companies, and those not subject to specific regulations.
Next, form 200 will be completed from the "Characteristics of the declaration" page.
If the owner is a legal entity and the tax period coincides with the calendar year (01-01-2021 to 12-31-2021), the tax data will be automatically transferred to form 200 and the "Data" buttons will appear. ##1##and "Data moved" .
To consult the tax information of the owner that appears in the Tax Agency, press the "Data" button.
To see what data has been incorporated into the declaration, press "View transferred data" .
To locate the different pages of the declaration you can use the "Sections" button in the top bar or the arrows to navigate between its pages.
While completing the declaration you can check if it passes the validations using the "Validate declaration" button. Notices, warnings and detected errors will be displayed. Errors must be corrected to be able to submit the declaration, while warnings and notices allow you to continue sending, although it is advisable to review them. To facilitate its correction, next to the description, the "Go to..." button will be displayed that directs you directly to the box or section.
The message "There are no errors" with a green check indicates that the declaration can be submitted.
To continue with the declaration later, it is advisable to save the completed data using the "Save" button. This option does not validate the data so it can be used at any time. The declaration is stored on the servers of the AEAT and can be retrieved using the "Continue" button when accessing WEB Companies again and the previous session is recognized.
Another alternative to preserve the declaration data is to save the file with the declaration adjusted to the record design from the "Export" option. In this case, it is required that the validation be correct and that the local location where the generated .200 file will be kept be chosen. If the declaration has an Entry/Return Document, the "Export" button will be available in the declaration type and bank details selection window, instead of in the top button panel. In this case, press "Formalize Deposit / Refund" to obtain the .200 file, which will have the name NIF _2021_0A, although you can change it when saving the file.
In addition, WEB Companies allows obtaining a draft of the declaration in PDF to be able to review the data on paper, taking into account that it cannot be used for presentation, as indicated by the printed water.
Finally, press "Formalize Deposit/Return" to review the bank details and the type of declaration selected. From this window you can also export the declaration in a .200 file. To finish the presentation, press "Sign and Send". The declaration is presented and a document PDF is generated on the screen with a copy of it.
