Online request for prior appointment for collaborators
The Tax Agency offers an online appointment request service to visit the Administration in person.
Social partners have a specific access to the appointments service with digital certificates to request appointments for themselves or the parties they represent.If this applies to you, click on "Book appointment for social partners" and choose the partner's certificate.
To book and appointment, click on “Book new appointment”.
First, directly select the procedure or service you need the appointment for.The services are shown grouped into categories.If you have doubts about which one to select, place the cursor over the question mark icon for further information on each one.In this step, you can choose up to 3 different services for this appointment.
In this first step you must also indicate a telephone number so that the Tax Agency can contact you, if necessary. In addition, if you wish, you can request that a reminder of the appointment be sent to you, which you will receive at the same time either by SMS to the mobile phone number indicated or by e-mail.Lastly, click "Request Appointment".
Then state if the appointment is for yourself or on behalf of a party you represent.Mark the appropriate boxes and click on "Add appointment “ to include new taxpayers.Enter the NIF and first surname of each one and choose the service you want the appointment for from those selected previously.Bear in mind that you can only request 9 appointments per day on each service and appointments will be booked consecutively for your convenience.
Then, select the Tax Agency office you wish to attend.You can select the Tax Agency office corresponding to your tax address or a different post code to your own, as long as the selected office renders services for these procedures.You can also filter the office search by province in the dropdown menu enabled.
Then select the appointment date.Check the service hours of the office and select an appointment time from the slots available.Select one of the available time slots and press "Send".
Then the appointment confirmation message is shown.The details associated to the appointment are shown:the type of procedure, the Tax Office or Branch for the appointment, the date and time and the documentation required.
To request another appointment or change or cancel an existing one, return to the partners menu.In this case, go to "Manage appointments made and pending attendance".
To find an appointment requested for a third party, you can filter using one of the suggested search criteria entering the date of the appointment or the recipient.
Results of existing appointments will be displayed.Tick the box of the appointments you wish to change "Change appointments" or "Cancel appointments/s".
