First of all, check in your browser that the toolbars you have installed (Yahoo, Google, MSN...) are not blocking pop-ups within the Tax Agency website. If you wish, you can remove this type of blocker from "Control Panel", "Programs", "Programs and Features" or from "Settings", "Applications", "Applications and Features".
Also check that the "Activate pop-up blocker" option is unchecked in your browser, at least while you are making the full query. Go to "Tools" or the gear icon at the top right, "Internet Options." Once there, select the "Privacy" tab and uncheck the "Activate pop-up blocker" box. If you only want to allow pop-ups from the AEAT website, click on "Settings" and add the following address: agenciatributaria.gob.es. Press "Add" and "Close".
In the "Security" tab, among the four icons in the box, check the third one, "Trusted sites." A little further down, on the right, the "Sites" button will be enabled; Click this button and in "Add this website to the zone:" type the following: "https://*.agenciatributaria.gob.es/. The "Require server verification (https:)..." box must be checked); then press "Close". Before leaving this tab, set the "Security Level" to "Low" for Trusted Sites. Click "Apply" and then "OK".
Antivirus and firewall software can also interfere with this process.
As for the rest of the requirements to obtain a copy of a declaration, remember that it is necessary to have a PDF document viewer.
You can also check the installed versions in "Programs and Features" in the Control Panel. Please note that your operating system will normally be running the most recent version you have installed by default.
