The applicant is not a corporate collaborator

The request for cancellation of NRC must be made on your own behalf or as a social collaborator. The message "The applicant is not a social collaborator" appears when the NIF of the certificate with which access is made does not match the one indicated in the box " NIF of the holder" (when access is made in one's own name) or when the selected certificate is not a social collaborator.

If you have several electronic certificates installed in your browser, check that you have accessed the procedure with the correct certificate.

To select another certificate with Mozilla Firefox on any operating system, close the browser session and access the procedure again. On Mac you have the option "Exit Firefox".

To select another certificate on Macintosh with Google Chrome or Safari, which use Mac keychains as a certificate store, the identity preferences that are created each time a certificate is chosen must be removed. It is therefore recommended to use Mozilla Firefox on Mac.

If you have generated the NRC in the name of a third party, and you do not have the certificate of that natural person or a social collaborator to present the model, it will be necessary for you to submit a request for "Refund of undue income" and request a new NRC for the payment and submission of the model.
