Possible responses on NRC cancellation

This error usually appears when the NRC has been obtained directly from the bank instead of using the AEAT payment gateway within the Electronic Office.
It is possible, in any case, to cancel the NRC even if it was requested from the financial institution. In that case, please check the following:

That all the data entered in each box is correct: " NRC generated by the EECC ", " NIF of the holder", "Last name and first name / Corporate name", "Amount", "Fiscal year", "Period", "Issue date of NRC (ddmmyyyy)" and "Branch".

If all the data entered is correct, verify that the holder of NRC is domiciled in Spain, for which you can enter "My census data" using a certificate/ DNI electronic or Cl@ve to verify it. If the query is made on behalf of a third party, it will be necessary for them to have the corresponding authority to consult personal data. If the owner does not have a domicile in Spain, he/she must regularize his/her census status.
