Possible responses on NRC cancellation

This error usually appears when the NRC has been obtained from the bank directly instead of using the AEAT payment gateway within the Electronic Office.
It is possible, in any case, to cancel the NRC even if it has been requested at the financial institution. In that case, check the following:

That all the data entered in each box is correct: " NRC generated by the EECC ", " NIF of the holder", "Surname and first name / R . social", "Amount", "Fiscal year", "Period", "Issue date of NRC (ddmmyyyy)" and "Branch".

If all the data entered is correct, verify that the holder of NRC has a domicile in Spain, for which you can enter "My census data" using a certificate/ DNI email or Cl@ve for verification. If the consultation is made on behalf of a third party, it will be necessary to have the corresponding authorization to consult personal data. If the holder does not have a domicile in Spain, they must regularize their census status.
