Error 9003: You are not authorized to carry out this procedure

Error message 9003 appears when accessing the Renta Web service when you are not authorized to carry out the procedure for any of these reasons:

  • The holder of the electronic certificate is a social collaborator and his/her agreement does not authorize this service.
  • The certificate holder is a public employee and his/her agreement does not authorize this service.
  • Representation denied because you are accessing as a representative and there is no registered power of attorney for NIF of that taxpayer and this specific procedure.
  • The certificate holder is both the representative for a specific NIF and a social collaborator. You are accessing the procedure as a social collaborator but the power of attorney has priority over this, so you should enter as a proxy.
