This error can occur for several reasons:

Having incorporated characters that are not permitted when filling out data. Punctuation marks, &, Ç and sometimes the letter Ñ, are usually not allowed.

Accessing our page from an external link or one saved in favorites that leads to an outdated or incorrect page.

Having expired or revoked electronic certificates in the browser store that could be interfering with the proper functioning of current and valid certificates.
To check the electronic certificate follow these instructions:

If your browser is Internet Explorer , go to the "Tools" menu or gear icon, "Internet Options", "Content", "Certificates". If the installation is correct the certificate must be installed in the "Personal" tab.

If your browser is Microsoft Edge , go to the "Settings and more" menu (three horizontal dots icon). "Settings", "Privacy, search, and services", "Security", "Manage certificates". If the installation is correct the certificate must be installed in the "Personal" tab.

If your browser is Mozilla Firefox , go to the menu "Tools", "Settings", "Privacy & Security", "Security", "Certificates", "View certificates". In this case the certificate must appear in the "Your certificates" tab.

If your browser is Google Chrome , access the "Customize and control Google Chrome" icon with three vertical dots, "Settings", "Privacy and Security", "Security", "Manage certificates" and enter the "Personal" tab.

If you are using Macintosh operating system , to check if there is any expired certificate installed, launch the "Keychain Access" system application from "Finder", "Applications", "Utilities".
If the electronic certificate is correctly installed and the problem persists, check whether the configuration of the browser used meets the technical requirements.
