This error can occur for various reasons:

Having incorporated characters that are not allowed when completing data. Punctuation marks, &, Ç and sometimes the letter Ñ are not usually allowed.

Accessing our page from an external link or saved in favorites that directs to an outdated or erroneous page.

Have expired or revoked electronic certificates in the browser store that could be interfering with the proper functioning of current and valid certificates.
To verify the electronic certificate follow these instructions:

If your browser is Internet Explorer , access the "Tools" menu or gear icon, "Internet Options", "Content", "Certificates". If the installation is correct, the certificate must be installed in the "Personal" tab.

If your browser is Microsoft Edge , access the "Settings and more" menu (three horizontal dots icon). "Settings", "Privacy, search and services", "Security", "Manage certificates". If the installation is correct, the certificate must be installed in the "Personal" tab.

If your browser is Mozilla Firefox , go to the menu "Tools", "Settings", "Privacy & Security", "Security", "Certificates", "View certificates". In this case the certificate must appear in the "Your certificates" tab.

If your browser is Google Chrome , go to the "Customize and control Google Chrome" icon of three vertical dots, "Settings", "Privacy and Security", "Security", "Manage certificates" and enter the "Personal" tab.

If you are using Macintosh operating system , to check if there are any expired certificates installed, start the system application "Keychain Access", from "Finder", "Applications", "Utilities".
If the electronic certificate is correctly installed and the problem persists, check if the configuration of the browser used meets the technical requirements.
