When submitting a batch, send only the first declaration

If you are submitting a batch of forms that do not use the new presentation, such as forms 030, 036 and 037, and you send the first declaration but then stop and do not send the rest of the declarations, follow these instructions:

  1. Access the folder where the declarations or multi-declaration file of the batch you are going to send are located. The folder containing the batch to be sent must only contain the files with the correct presentation format BOE , if it contains another type of file, for example pdf, or any subfolder it may generate an error. If this is the case, move the files that are causing the conflict to another directory or create a new folder and put the files you need to send there.

  2. Review the "Answer, summary and files discussed directories" and check the corresponding paths in the drop-down menu by clicking on the "+" sign. If they are blank or in paths where the browser cannot write due to the lack of write permissions, it would not be possible to save the answers and consequently the presentation would stop.Response Directories

  3. Try sending a small batch, say 2 or 3 statements, if the behavior is the same then the record layout of the file is probably not correct. Submit any of the files individually, that is, by importing them into the model submission form. If it does not allow you to import it, you will need to review the registry design.
